This Criminal Petition, under Section 439 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/ A.4 for grant of bail in Crime No.225 of 2014 of 2018 of Kurnool IV Town Police Station, Kurnool District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 420 of I.P.C. and Section 5 of the A.P. Protection of Depositors of Financial Establishments Act, 1999. 2 .

Heard the learned counsel for petitioner/ A.4, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent-State and perused the record.

In the course of submissions, it is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner/ A.4 has not filed any bail application before the Court of Session.

Under these circumstances, it is not appropriate to deal with this application on merits by this Court. The petitioner/ A.4 is given liberty to file a bail application before the Court of Session, if he chooses to do so.

With the above observation, this Criminal Petition is dismissed.
