Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue, for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has made an application on 27.04.2017 in Form 6-A, prescribed under the Andhra Pradesh Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971 for mutation and for issuance of pattedar pass book and title deed in respect of his property to the 2nd respondent, but the 2nd respondent has not passed any orders thereon.

The learned Government Pleader for Revenue, appearing for respondents, states that the 2nd respondent will consider the said application dt.27.04.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and take appropriate action in that regard.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to consider the said application dt.27.04.2017 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order, and take appropriate action in that regard. No order as to costs. 5.
As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
