HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 3868 of 2015 ORDER:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of second respondent in not re-engaging the petitioner and confirming the termination his services by proceedings dated 30.10.2014. Admittedly the petitioner was appointed on contract basis. Since alternative remedy of appeal is available, the petitioner wants to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to avail alternative remedy under law.

Accordingly permission is accorded and the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty to avail alternative remedy available under law.

Miscellaneous petitions pending consideration if any in the Writ Petition shall stand closed in consequence. No order as to costs.
