THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.V.SESHA SAI WRIT PETITION No.39448 of 2018 ORDER:

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Home, apart from perusing the entire material available on record.

A perusal of the material available on record discloses that the present Writ Petition is filed apprehending opening of rowdy sheet against the petitioner herein. The relief of such a nature cannot be granted, without there being any cause of action, under Article 226 of the Constitution of India.

In view of the above, Writ Petition is dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.
