HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE C. PRAVEEN KUMAR WRIT PETITION No. 39684 of 2018 ORDER:

1) Heard. Since this Court is not going into merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed of without giving notice to the unofficial respondent.

2) The present writ petition came to be filed seeking issuance of writ of mandamus declaring the action of respondent No.1 in not taking appropriate action against respondent No.3, preventing her from constructing the house without obtaining building permission in the land admeasuring Ac.0.50 cents situated in Survey No.93/1 of Vedayapalem, Nellore District, as illegal and arbitrary.

3) The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner made a representation bringing to the notice of the first respondent, the illegal constructions said to have been made by respondent No.3 and that no action has been taken up on the said representation. But, however, he failed to file a copy of the said representation.

4) Having regard to the above, the writ petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make a fresh representation to the authorities seeking action to be taken against respondent No.3 for the illegal constructions alleged to have been made in the above said land, in which event, the authorities concerned shall deal with the same in accordance

with law, after hearing the petitioner and the unofficial respondent, as early as possible.
