This Writ Petition is filed alleging inaction on the applications dated 30.08.2017 and 09.09.2017 seeking furnishing of certain documents.

The material on record would disclose that on consideration of the request of the petitioner, the Director, A.P. State Archives and Research Institute, Tarnaka, Hyderabad, vide his proceedings dated 27.09.2017 and the Chief Commissioner of Land Administration, Hyderabad, vide his proceedings dated 07.10.2017 suitably informed the inability to furnish the documents as requested by the petitioner, which proceedings are not under challenge. Therefore, it cannot be said that the respondent authorities are not acting upon the petitioner's applications for furnishing information as sought to be contended. Thus, the Writ Petition is liable to be dismissed in limine. 4.

The Writ Petition is accordingly dismissed. There shall be no order as to costs.

Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in the Writ Petition shall stand closed.
