HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 14888 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the action of the second respondent in not considering the petitioner's representation for the post of VRO on compassionate grounds.

2. Since the VRO post is a civil post, the petitioner has to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal, but not this Court.

3. The Writ Petition is, accordingly, dismissed giving liberty to the petitioner to approach the Andhra Pradesh Administrative Tribunal for appropriate relief. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
