Sri N.Manohar, learned counsel for the petitioners, filed Memo dated 19.02.2019 stating to the effect that his clients are no longer desirous of pursuing this writ petition and seek to withdraw the writ petition reserving liberty to file a fresh writ petition in the event the respondents fail to provide them flats as assured by them. A copy of the letter addressed by the petitioners to the learned counsel is also appended to the said Memo. Mr. N. Manohar, learned counsel, reiterates the request for withdrawal in person.

This writ petition is accordingly dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforestated. Interim order dated 10.10.2017 shall stand vacated. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed. No order as to costs.
