This criminal revision case is filed under Sections 397 and 401 Cr.P.C., challenging the order dated 17.10.2016 in Crl.M.P. No.1137 of 2016 in NDPS S.C. No.75 of 2015 on the file of the Court of I Additional District and Sessions Judge, East Godavari at Rajahmundry.

When the matter is called for hearing, learned counsel for the petitioner has sought permission of this court to permit the petitioner to urge the points raised herein before the trial court. Permission is granted.
