This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973, is filed by the petitioner/A-2, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of his arrest in Crime No.133 of 2018 of Samisrigudem Police Station, West Godavari District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 403, 409, 406 and 420 read with 34 I.P.C.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner/A-2, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor representing the respondent/State and perused the record.

The petitioner/A-2, without approaching the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C., filed this application. There are no special or exceptional circumstances to consider this application by this Court. The petitioner/A-2 is at liberty to file an application before the Court of Session under Section 438 Cr.P.C. if he chooses to do so.

With the above observation, the Criminal Petition is disposed of.

Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, in this Criminal Petition shall stand closed.
