Petitioner had applied for issuance of Occupancy Right Certificate under A.P. (Telangana Area) Abolition of Inams Act, 1955 to the 2nd respondent on 16.10.2017 and contends that the said application is not being disposed of by the 2nd respondent.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 2nd respondent will dispose of the said application within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 2nd respondent to dispose of the said application within a period of four (04) months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
