THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S. RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38497 OF 2017 ORDER:

Heard counsel for the petitioners and the Government Pleader for Revenue for respondents.

2. Petitioners' grievance is that they had made an application on 09.06.2016 in Form 6(A) through Mee Seva before the 4th respondent for mutation of their names in the revenue records and that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

3. Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the said application of the petitioners within two months and take appropriate action thereon.

4. In view of the same, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the petitioners application dt. 09.06.2016 in Form 6(A) within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision taken thereon to the petitioners.
