Learned counsel for the petitioners filed a letter, dated 26.04.2019, in the Registry stating that the representation of the petitioners is considered and orders are to be passed by the respondents and therefore, the petitioners seek permission of the Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with a liberty to file a fresh Writ Petition on fresh cause of action. The said letter is placed on record.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn granting liberty, as sought for.
