Petitioner seeks mutation of his name in the revenue records by the 4th respondent on the basis of a request dt.06.07.2017 made by him to the 4th respondent. 2.
The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the petitioner ought to apply in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') to the 4th respondent and if such application is made, 4th respondent will consider the same after issuing notices to respondents 5 and 6 also. 3.
In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application in Form 6A as prescribed under the Act to the 4th respondent seeking mutation of his name in revenue records, and if such application is made, the 4th respondent, within two (02) months from the date of receipt of such application, shall dispose of the same in accordance with law, after issuing notices and hearing respondents 5 and 6. No costs. 4.
Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending if any shall stand closed.
