Learned counsel appearing for respondent represents that as per the directions of this Court dated 24.4.2015, the Principal District Judge, Rajahmundry referred the matter viz., O.S.No. 19 of 2007 to Lok Adalat, Rajayhmundry, and in terms of settlement, the respondent executed a sale deed in favour of petitioner.

In view of the above submission, the cause in the Civil Revision Petition does not survive for consideration and thereby no order needs be passed in this Civil Revision Petition.
