THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.38616 OF 2017 ORDER:

In spite of issuing 'Notice Before Admission' on 16.11.2017 and also granting further time on 30.01.2018, no counter affidavit is filed. In the circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of on the basis of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition.

The petitioners state that they have purchased the land admeasuring an extent of Acs.0.13 guntas in Survey No.290 situated at Cherlapally Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Kapra Municipality, Medchal District (formerly Ranga Reddy District), from the vendors under the registered sale deed, dated 19.05.2007. The vendors, in turn, purchased the said land under registered the sale deed, dated 01.03.1999. The said sale transactions are reflected in the encumbrance certificate. The Tahsildar, Ghatkesar Mandal, also passed orders mutating the names of the petitioners, by proceedings dated 12.07.2007. When the same was not implemented in the revenue records, the petitioners were constrained to file W.P.No.24830 of 2014 and this Court disposed of the same on 18.04.

2016 directing the Village Revenue Officer, Charlapally Village, Ghatkesar Mandal, Ranga Reddy District, to mutate the names of the petitioners as directed by the then Mandal Revenue Officer, vide his proceedings, dated 12.07.2007. Thereafter, the names of the petitioners were mutated. The petitioners state that there is a Government land in Survey No.288 admeasuring Acs.0.

lands, they sought allotment of the said land on payment of market value.

They submitted representations on 30.06.2017 and 16.08.2017 and when they were not considered, the present writ petition is filed.

This Court is not inclined to go into merits of the case, but since there is a request made by the petitioners through their representations, dated 30.06.2017 and 16.08.2017, the respondents 3 to 5 are directed to consider the same and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt a copy of this order.

The writ petition is accordingly disposed of. Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in this writ petition, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs. __________________________ A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO, J 20.02.2018 pln
