Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had applied for survey on 03-03-2017 by paying the requisite fee for demarcation of certain lands claimed by him to 2nd respondent and that 2nd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 2nd respondent will consider petitioner's application and take action pursuant to the same within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and conduct survey. 4.
Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to conduct survey as per the petitioner's application after giving notice to affected parties within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No costs.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
