THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.36804 of 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 28.02.2017 to the 4th respondent to incorporate his name and issue pattadar passbook and title deed to him in respect of the subject land, but the 4th respondent is not taking any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondent states that petitioner should apply in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 and if such application is made, 4th respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make an application in Form 6A prescribed under the above Act to the 4th respondent with all supporting material, and if such an application is received by the 4th respondent, he shall consider and dispose of the same within a period of six (06) weeks thereafter. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
