THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY CIVIL REVISION PETITION No.5287 OF 2016 ORDER:

This petition is filed aggrieved by the non disposal of IA.No.5 of 2014 in IA.No.26 of 2002 in OS.No.33 of 1996 and also subsequent IAs filed by the petitioner in the above said suit by the Court below.

Learned counsel for the petitioner states that though the suit is of the year 1996 and the matter was compromised, for passing final orders present IAs are filed and the same were not being disposed of.

In view of the above facts and circumstances, the Court below is directed to dispose of IA.No.5 of 2014 in IA.No.26 of 2002 in OS.No.33 of 1996 and also subsequent IAs as expeditiously as possible, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Accordingly, the Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in the CRP, shall stand closed.
