Petitioner's grievance is that he had represented to respondents 1 to 3 through legal notice dt.05.09.2017 and through representation dt.10.07.2017 to 2nd respondent, to affect mutation as well as issue pattadar pass book and title deed to him, but the respondents are not taking any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that if the petitioner applies in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 to 3rd respondent, he will consider the said application and take appropriate action within a period of six
(06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the same to the petitioner.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to submit application in Form 6A prescribed under the above Act to 3rd respondent with all supporting material, and if such application is made, within six (06) weeks thereafter, the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law and communicate the same to the petitioner. No costs.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
