Heard the counsel for petitioner, and Sri S.V. Ramana, learned Standing Counsel for the Andhra Pradesh State Road Transport Corporation (A.P.S.R.T.C.), for respondents.

The petitioner's grievance is that petitioner has given a representation dt.03.10.2018 to 1st respondent for re-employment as she had earlier retired on medical grounds, and that the 1st respondent has not disposed of the said representation.

Sri S.V. Ramana, counsel appearing for respondents, states that 1st respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.03.10.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. 4.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.03.10.2018 within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of copy of the order, and communicate his decision thereon to petitioner. No order as to costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any in this Writ Petition, shall stand closed.
