O R D E R

This writ petition is filed aggrieved by the action of the 1st respondent in granting permission vide permit No.535/2014-15, dated 30.09.2014 in favour of the respondent No.5 for construction of G + 2 building in plot No.524, Road No.9, Madhavapuri Hills, Ameenpur Village, Patacheru Mandal, Medak District.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner. Sri G.Narender Reddy, learned Standing counsel for the 1st respondent submits that against the impugned order petitioner has an alternative remedy of appeal under Section 128 (1) of Andhra Pradesh Panchayat Raj Act, 1994.

In the instant case, it is not the case of the petitioner that the 1st respondent has no power to grant permission or permission is granted without following due procedure of law. In view of the same, I do no see any merit in this writ petition. Hence the writ petition is dismissed. When the petitioner has alternative remedy of appeal, it is open for petitioner to challenge the permission by initiating appropriating proceedings. No costs.

As a sequel, miscellaneous petitions pending if any, shall stand closed.
