Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 to the 4th respondent for mutation in the web land online 1B adangals and ROC in respect of the subject land and he had also given representations on 06.10.2016 and 09.05.2017 to the 4th respondent for mutation in the revenue records, and contends that the 4th respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that the 4th respondent will consider the said representations and pass a reasoned order within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. 3.
In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the 4th respondent to consider the said representations and pass a reasoned order within a period of six (06) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the order communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
