Aggrieved by the action of the respondent No.5 in issuing impugned endorsement No.A/486/2018, dated 25.09.2018, this Writ Petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Admittedly, petitioner has alternate remedy of appeal against the impugned order passed by the 5th respondent, as such, this Court is not inclined to entertain the Writ Petition. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of granting liberty to the petitioner to avail alternate remedy of appeal, if he is so advised. There shall be no order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed.
