Learned counsel for the petitioner has filed a letter dated 10.9.2018 before the Registry seeking permission of this Court to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case stating that the petitioner has instructed her to withdraw the Criminal Revision Case as the matter has been settled out of the Court. Therefore, in view of the contents mentioned in the letter dated 10.9.2018, the said letter is made part of the record and the Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as withdrawn. Pending miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall also stand dismissed.
