Petitioner's grievance is that she had made a representation on 20-12-2017 for grant of exemption from payment of stamp duty, registration charges and transfer duty as levied by 4th respondent vide proceedings in Lr.No.6311/G1/2017 dt.18-10-2017, but respondent Nos.1 and 2 are not passing any orders thereon. 2.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue and learned Government Pleader for Municipal Administration appearing for respondent Nos.1 and 2 states that respondent Nos.1 and 2 will consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. 3.

In view of the said submission, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing respondent Nos.1 and 2 to dispose of petitioner's representation dt.20-10-2017 and pass appropriate orders thereon and communicate the same to the petitioner within two (02) months from the date of receipt of copy of the order. No costs. 4.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
