This Criminal Petition, under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 (for short, 'Cr.P.C), is filed by the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3, for grant of anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest in connection with Crime No.1046 of 2018 of Rayachoty Police Station, YSR Kadapa District, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 498-A, 324, 323 and 506 read with 34 IPC and Section 3 (i) (r) of the Scheduled Castes and the Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Amendment Act, 2015. 2.

Having argued at length, learned counsel for the petitioners/accused Nos.2 and 3 seeks permission to withdraw the Criminal Petition.

Accordingly, the Criminal Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
