Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the Writ Petition with liberty to pursue his grievance with the third respondent- District Cooperative Central Bank. Permission is accorded.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. Liberty is given to the petitioner to pursue his grievance with the third respondent-District Cooperative Central Bank. There shall be no order as to costs.

As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
