Petitioner's grievance is that he had applied on 10.01.2017 to 3rd respondent seeking rectification of entries in revenue records, but the 3rd respondent has not taken any action thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that petitioner should apply in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') and if such application is made, 3rd respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application in Form 6A prescribed under the Act with all supporting material, and if such application is made, within six (06) weeks thereafter, 4th respondent shall take appropriate action thereon in accordance with law. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
