HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE S.V.BHATT WRIT PETITION No.38784 of 2017 ORDER:

Heard Mr.B.Sheshu Kumar for petitioners and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

The petitioners pray for the following relief :- " ........ to issue a Writ, Order or direction, particularly one in the nature of Writ of Mandamus declaring the action of the Respondent No.4 in not conducting panchanama/ enquiry with regard to possession of land in pursuance to notice dated 18.06.2016 in File No.C/ 504/ 16 in respect of the land in Survey No.264/ E to the extent Ac.1-37 gts of Peepalapahad Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Nalgonda Dist, as arbitrary, illegal and against the principals of natural justice and consequently direct the Respondent No 4 to conduct Panchanama/ enquiry with regard to possession of land in pursuance to notice dated 18.06.2016 in File No.C/ 504/ 16 in respect of the land in Survey No.264/ E to the extent Ac.1-37 Gts of Peepalapahad Village, Choutuppal Mandal, Nalgonda Dist ....." . The Assistant Government Pleader places on record the written instructions sent by 4th respondent and submits that the claim of the petitioners cannot be considered as they have not produced any documents in support of their claim. The instructions are placed on record.

The 4th respondent is directed to communicate his decision to the petitioners within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

After receiving communication, it is open to the petitioners to assail the legality of such communication.

The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No order as to costs.
