This petition is filed under Section 24 of C.P.C. to withdraw O.P.No.61 of 2014 from the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Anantapuram and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Atmakur, Kurnool District for disposal in accordance with law.

At the time of arguments, learned counsel for both the parties filed a memo requesting this Court to withdraw O.P.No.61 of 2014 from the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Anantapuram and transfer the same to the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool for disposal in accordance with law. In view of the memo filed by learned counsel for both the parties, the Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition is allowed. O.P.No.61 of 2014 is withdrawn from the file of II Additional Senior Civil Judge, Anantapuram and transferred to the file of the Principal Senior Civil Judge, Kurnool for disposal in accordance with law. There shall be no order as to costs.

Consequently, Miscellaneous Petitions, if any, pending in this Transfer Civil Miscellaneous Petition, shall stand closed.
