None appears for the petitioner.

This Contempt Case is filed alleging non-implementation of the order, dated 15.12.2015, passed in W.P.No.38401 of 2015. This Court, in the said order, recorded that survey notices were already served on the necessary parties and appropriate steps would be taken to complete the survey as already notified.

Now, it is submitted by learned Government Pleader that after issuance of notice, another notice was also issued to the petitioner asking him to produce certain documents in order to go ahead with the survey and when the petitioner did not respond, another reminder was also issued to the petitioner. The survey could not be completed in the absence of cooperation from the petitioner. 4.

In view of the same, no further steps are continued in the present Contempt Case and accordingly, the Contempt Case is closed.
