W.P.No.24633 of 2015 ORDER:
Heard.
The petitioner is aggrieved by the resumption order passed by the 3rd respondent. However, under the provisions of A.P.Rights in Land and Pattadar Pass Books Act, 1971, the said order is appealable and in such appeal, the petitioner can raise all his contentions, which he has raised before this Court.
Since the effective alternative remedy is available to the petitioner, I am not inclined to entertain the writ petition. However, the petitioner is at liberty to avail the said alternative remedy. Accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed.
