Heard the counsel for petitioner, and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for respondents.

2. In this Writ Petition, the petitioner has questioned the order dt.01.12.2015 suspending petitioner's Fair Price Shop dealership authorization and also asking petitioner to show-cause why proceedings shall not be initiated against him on the charges mentioned therein.

Although the counsel for petitioner contended that the charge is foisted on account of political rivalry, since the petitioner can submit an explanation to the said charge and thereafter the 3rd respondent has to conduct an enquiry under sub-clause (5) of Section 5 of the Andhra Pradesh State Public Distribution System (Control) Order, 2008, I am not inclined to interfere with the said order.

Therefore, the 3rd respondent is directed to complete the enquiry into the allegations made against the petitioner on or before 02.03.2016 after receiving the petitioner's explanation, provide a personal hearing to petitioner and conduct enquiry as per the provisions of the above referred order. Accordingly the Writ Petition is

disposed of. No order as to costs.
