Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to avail appropriate remedy, after the issue is decided by the Hon'ble Supreme Court.

Accordingly, the writ petition is dismissed as withdrawn with liberty as sought for.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in this writ petition shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
