THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY WRIT PETITION No.39004 OF 2017 ORDER:

The grievance of the petitioner is that the 5th respondent issued Notice vide File No.B/543/2017, dated 31.05.2017, under Section 15(1) of the Right to Fair Compensation and Transparency in Land Acquisition, Rehabilitation and Resettlement Act, 2013 (for short 'the Act') seeking objections, if any, for acquiring the land of 100 acres which includes petitioner's land. In pursuance of the same, the petitioner filed objections by way of representation dated 08.11.2017. As the same is not being disposed of, present writ petition is filed.

Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Land Acquisition.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on merits, the writ petition is disposed of directing the competent authority to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 08.11.2017 and dispose of the same, within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, if not already disposed of. No order as to costs. As a sequel thereto, miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, in the writ petition, shall stand closed.
