HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE ABHINAND KUMAR SHAVILI WRIT PETITION No. 20239 of 2002 ORDER:

This writ petition is filed by the petitioner seeking to issue a writ of mandamus declaring the proceedings dated 26.06.2002 issued by the 3rd respondent and the action of the 2nd respondent in not forwarding the LPC of the petitioner to the 1st respondent, as illegal and arbitrary. A consequential direction to the 2nd respondent to forthwith send the LPC of the petitioner to the 1st respondent and, in turn, direct the 1st respondent to forthwith release the salary of the petitioner and to treat the period of suspension of the petitioner as on duty with all consequential monetary benefits, is also sought. Heard Mr. K.V. Sudhakar Reddy, learned counsel for the petitioner, and learned standing counsel for the respondents. When the matter is taken up for hearing, it is noticed that on 11.10.

2002, while admitting the writ petition, this Court passed an interim order suspending the impugned proceedings to the extent of treating the suspension period of the petitioner as not on duty, and the said interim order was made absolute on 04.11.2003. In view of the same, no further orders are necessary in the writ petition. Therefore, the writ petition is closed.
