Heard Smt.Y.Maha Lakshmi, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents.

Petitioner's grievance is that he has made representation on 10-11-2016 to 1st respondent seeking recovery of an extent of 1050 sq yds covered by plot No.8 in Sy. No.129/40/1 of Shaikpet village, Banjara Hills, Hyderabad District which was allegedly illegally taken by the respondents in 1979 and that 1st respondent had not passed any orders thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that 1st respondent will consider petitioner's representation dt.10-11-2016 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 1st respondent to consider petitioner's representation dt.10-11-2016 within three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.
