Guijala Chennarao v. The State Of Telangana

2018-11-26A.Rajasheker Reddy1 pages

THE HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAJASHEKER REDDY W.P.NO.39555 OF 2018

O R D E R

The petitioner in this writ petition is seeking for a direction to the official respondents to consider his representation dated 01.10.2018 and take action against the unofficial respondents 5 and 6 for the alleged creation of false and fictitious documents and for encroachment of the subject land. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Assistant Government Pleader for Revenue.

Reading of the averments made in the affidavit filed in support of the writ petition, discloses that the petitioner, under the writ jurisdiction, is seeking to involve the revenue officials in the civil dispute between him and the unofficial respondents, which cannot be permitted and hence this court is not inclined to entertain the writ petition.

However, it is open to the petitioner to avail the alternative remedies available under law seeking redressal of his grievance. With the above observation, writ petition is disposed of. Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs. ----------------------------------- A.RAJASHEKER REDDY,J DATE:26-11-2018 AVS
