Heard counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents. 2.

Petitioner's grievance is that petitioner had made application for grant of permission as per the A.P.Water, Land and Trees Act, 2002 for issuance of permission to erect bore-well in the subject land on 12-07-2017 to 2nd respondent and 2nd respondent is not taking any action thereon.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents states that 2nd respondent will pass orders thereon within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his order to the petitioner.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing 2nd respondent to pass orders on the petitioner's application within four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate his order to the petitioner. No costs. 5.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
