During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the petitioners submit that the issue involved in the present writ petitions is squarely covered by order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch. Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Home does not dispute the same.

In view of the same, and for the reasons alike, these writ petitions are disposed of in terms of the said order.

Copy of the order dated 31.10.2016 in W.P.No.19046 of 2014 and batch, be annexed to this common order.

Interlocutory applications pending, if any, shall stand closed. No costs.
