HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE A.RAMALINGESWARA RAO WRIT PETITION No.24802 of 2016 ORDER:

1. Heard the learned Counsel for the petitioner and the learned Standing Counsel for the respondents.

2. The petitioner joined the respondent corporation as a driver in the year 1999. Since he was suffering from heart ailment, he was admitted in the hospital on 23.04.2010. He submitted a representation requesting the 1st respondent for first shift parking duty on medical grounds. The same was considered and the 1st respondent issued an order dated 28.06.2010 according permission to him on humanitarian grounds to provide first shift parking duty in Dilsukhnagar Bus Depot. It is his case that in spite of the said permission, he was denied the said duty and in those circumstances, he submitted another representation on 14.02.2015. When the same was not considered, the present writ petition is filed.

3. Learned Standing Counsel for the respondents submits that the respondents would consider the said representation and pass appropriate orders in accordance with law.

4. In view of the same, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner dated 14.02.2015 and pass appropriate

orders thereon in accordance with law within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. No order as to costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending shall stand closed. No order as to costs.
