Heard Sri V.Ravi Kiran Rao, learned counsel appearing for the petitioners and the learned Government Pleader for Civil Supplies for the State of Telangana appearing for the respondents.
2. In W.A.No.317 of 2015, an issue identical to the present one fell for consideration before Division Bench of this Court and the Division Bench while setting aside the order passed by this Court, took the view that this Court ought not to have interfered with the interim order of suspension and directed the Revenue Divisional Officer to conduct enquiry and pass speaking order within one month after issuing notice and affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner.
3. In view of the above, this batch of writ petitions is disposed of directing the concerned Revenue Divisional Officers to complete the enquiry within a period of one month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the enquiry is not completed within the time stipulated above, the order of suspension will stand revoked and the petitioners shall be allowed to resume their dealerships, pending enquiry. The miscellaneous petitions, if any, pending in these writ petitions shall stand closed.
No costs.
