THE HONOURABLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WP.No.37652 of 2017 ORDER:
Petitioner's grievance is that she had applied for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed to the 3rd respondent through representations dt.02.12.2015 and 17.07.2017, and that the 3rd respondent has not passed orders thereon.

The Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents states that petitioner should apply in Form 6A prescribed under the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbook Act, 1971 to the 3rd respondent and if such application is made, 3rd respondent will consider the same and take appropriate action.

In view of the said submission, this Writ Petition is disposed of directing the petitioner to make application in Form 6A prescribed under the above Act to 3rd respondent for mutation as well as issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed in her favour, and within six (06) weeks of submission of such application, the 3rd respondent shall take appropriate action and communicate his decision to the petitioner. No costs.

Miscellaneous petitions, pending if any, shall stand closed.
