2. The grievance of the petitioner in this writ petition is that in spite of filing a detailed representation and request in writing, dated 22.01.2015 before respondent No.1, no action is taken to provide police protection to the petitioner. Petitioner states that she has filed copy of the very same complaint before respondent Nos.2 and 3 also, but that has not invoked any response. Hence, she has approached this court.
3. Instructions of the learned Government Pleader, however, show that on receipt of petitioner's complaint, an entry was made in the general diary and preliminary enquiry was taken up. In the said enquiry, it was revealed that a civil dispute between petitioner and respondent No.4 is presently
pending before this court in A.S.No.311 of 2013 and petitioner had already obtained an order, dated 29.10.2014 in ASMP No.1885 of 2014, wherein respondent No.4 and their men are directed not to interfere with the affairs of the petitioner and to carry out repairs effecting to the premises of the petitioner as well as the bore well, which is subject matter of the said first appeal. Instructions, therefore, say that in view of the said pending civil dispute, respondent Nos.1 to 3 cannot interfere with the said civil dispute unless there a specific direction from the civil court.
4. In view of the above, therefore, it is for the petitioner to take appropriate steps in the said first appeal, if she requires any specific directions. With the liberty aforesaid, the writ petition is dismissed. As a sequel, the miscellaneous applications, if any, shall stand closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
