HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE A. RAMALINGESWARA RAO Writ Petition No. 17977 of 2016 Order:

This Writ Petition was filed challenging the action of the second respondent in suspending the petitioner from service through office order dated 18.05.2016.

2. Learned counsel appearing for the respondents 2 and 3 produced before this Court the office order, dated 16.07.2016, wherein it was stated that based on the enquiry committee's report the petitioner was severely warned and advised not to repeat the mistakes committed by him with reference to examination duties and it was decided not to engage the services of the petitioner for University examinations related duties. However, he was reinstated with effect from 21.07.2016.

3. In view of the same, nothing survives for adjudication in the present Writ Petition and the same is, accordingly, closed. There shall be no order as to costs.

4. As a sequel thereto, the miscellaneous applications, if any, pending in this Writ Petition shall stand closed. ________________________ A.
