Heard Smt. Hema Jaiswal, learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondents.

Petitioner's grievance in this Writ Petition is that though she was assigned land of extent of Ac.2.00 gts in Sy. No.73/1 of Thattiannaram village, Ranga Reddy District, on 19-04-1985 and she had submitted the representation on 31-07-2017 for mutation in the revenue records and for issuance of pattadar pass book and title deed of her, no action has been taken by 3rd respondent in that regard. 3.
Learned Government Pleader for Revenue states that if the petitioner makes an application in Form 6-A prescribed in the A.P. Rights in Land and Pattadar Passbooks Act, 1971 (for short 'the Act') enclosing the relevant documents in support of her request for mutation and issuance of pattadar passbook and title deed, the 3rd respondent will consider the same in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within three months.

Accordingly, the Writ Petition is disposed of directing petitioner to make an application in Form 6A prescribed under the Act with supporting documents and after filing of the same, the 3rd
MSR,J W.P.No.34605 of 2017 respondent is directed to consider the same in accordance with law and communicate his decision thereon to the petitioner within three months.

As a sequel, the miscellaneous petitions, if any pending, shall stand closed.
