Heard Sri P.Gangaiah Naidu, learned Senior Counsel appearing for Smt.G.Bhanu Priya, learned counsel for the petitioners, learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent Nos.1 to 3 and Sri N.Ashok Kumar, learned counsel for 4th respondent. 2.

Petitioners' grievance is that petitioners have made application under G.O.Ms.No.59 dt.30-12-2014 for regularization of their occupation dt.28-01-2015 to 3rd respondent, and that though the said application is pending consideration by respondent Nos.1 to 3, respondent Nos.3 and 4 are threatening to dispossess the petitioner from the subject land.

Learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for the respondent nos.1 to 3 states that the petitioners' application for regularization will be considered by competent authority within two months from the date of receipt of a coy of this order. 4.

Accordingly the Writ Petition is disposed of directing the competent authority under the said G.O. to consider petitioners' application for regularization made on 28-01-2015 within two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, and pending such consideration, the respondents shall not interfere with the possession and enjoyment by the petitioners of the subject property.

Consequently, miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall stand closed.
