The present writ petition came to be filed seeking to declare the proceedings dated 11.9.2018, on the file of the 3rd respondent as illegal and arbitrary and consequently to set aside the same. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that since the final orders have already been passed, no further orders are required to be passed in the matter.

Recording the same, the writ petition is closed. No order as to costs.

As a sequel to disposal of the writ petition, WP.M.Ps if any pending shall stand closed.
