HON'BLE SRI JUSTICE M.S.RAMACHANDRA RAO WRIT PETITION No. 37354 of 2017 ORDER:
Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Government Pleader for Revenue appearing for respondents. 2.
Petitioner had applied for regularization of an unregistered sale document dated 06.10.2003, in respect of the subject land, to respondent No.3 on 14.06.2017. It was forwarded by respondent No.2 to respondent No.3 to take decision thereon. In spite of a specific direction to respondent No.3 from respondent No.2, respondent No.3 had not passed any orders till date. When time was granted to the learned Government Pleader for Revenue to produce order of rejection, if any, passed by respondent No.3, he is able to produce check memo signed by the VRO recommending rejection of petitioner's application.
3.
Since respondent No.3 had neglected to implement the order passed by respondent No.2 to dispose of petitioner's application for regularization of unregistered sale document dated 06.10.2003 for the last five months, Writ Petition is allowed with costs of Rs.3,000/- (Rupees Three Thousand Only) to be paid by respondent No.3 to petitioner and respondent No.3 is directed to pass a reasoned order within one week from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate to the petitioner.
4.
Miscellaneous petitions pending, if any, shall also stand disposed of.
